"We Make Your Business Our Business"
About Us
National Business Management, headquartered in Miramar, Florida, is a commercial real estate company specializing in property management, development, construction, and remodeling. Founded in 2014, the company draws on decades of hands-on industry experience, with its principals having been active in commercial real estate since 1992.
Our team combines extensive real-world experience with professional licensing and expertise including a nationally licensed NASCLA general contractor, a licensed real estate agent, and a licensed community association manager. We specialize in commercial property management, construction development and redevelopment, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and all aspects of commercial property management. Our integrated approach allows us to address both the day-to-day operational needs of a property and the larger improvements necessary to protect and enhance its long-term value.
Our Philosophy
When you enter one of our managed properties, the difference is immediately noticeable. Our managers are trained to keep the customer experience at the forefront. We believe that if we take care of our customers, our customers will take care of us. Effective management is more than collecting rent — it requires thoughtful attention to detail and a genuine understanding of both owner and customer perspectives.
We construct thoughtfulness.
The right manager could make or break your business. The manager is the quarterback who manages the team's actions and makes sure everything is done, including follow-up.
Your property may be new but if you don't maintain it daily, it will look old. Customers will notice the details and move on to your competitor if you don't have a plan in place.
You could be the prettiest girl in the room, but if the world doesn't know you exist, you won't get married. You have to show up on the first page of an internet search or else your competition will get the business.
Charging the correct amount of money for your product is crucial for the business to survive. If you charge too much, customers won't come to you. If you charge too little, you might attract the wrong clientele. If you don't collect what is charged, you're giving it away. The right procedures will capitalize the optimum amount of funds.
